  Lang Wiseman

  Attorney

  Lang has substantial experience in the areas of business and commercial litigation; bank litigation and workouts; advising small and closely held businesses; insurance coverage disputes; personal injury; professional, medical and legal malpractice; wrongful death; construction litigation and lien disputes; election law; and government relations/public policy. Lang is also a Tennessee Supreme Court Rule 31 Listed Civil Mediator. Prior to founding Wiseman Bray PLLC, Lang served as Counsel to the United States Senate Governmental Affairs Committee. He previously served as a Law Clerk to Judge Harry Wellford of the Sixth Circuit Court of Appeals. Lang graduated with honors from the Harvard Law School after attending the University of Tennessee on a basketball scholarship, where he finished as the 24th leading scorer in UT history (1,156 points). He also graduated with a perfect 4.0 GPA and was the the Top Graduate in the College of Business.

  Larry Bray

  Attorney

  Larry concentrates his practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning and charitable planned giving. He counsels clients regarding a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, trust administration, asset protection, charitable giving, business succession and taxes. Larry is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national provider of estate planning education and document drafting systems. He is also a member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, a non-profit educational organization founded by prominent estate, trust, tax and business attorneys from around the United States. It provides state of the art educational opportunities and resources for its members while furthering the collegiality of the profession. Larry has presented nationally to professional audiences for e.Planners, WealthCounsel, LLC, the University of Mississippi’s Mid-South Conference on Estate Planning, the Esperti Peterson Institute for Advanced Estate Planning Strategies, the Teton Institute, the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis and the Mid-South Forum of Estate Planners.

  Chris Patterson

  Attorney

  Chris concentrates his practice in the areas of personal injury litigation, business litigation, construction litigation, and municipal and local government law. He has represented multiple governmental entities across West Tennessee and has extensive experience handling Government Tort Liability Actions. Additionally, Chris represents multiple small businesses in early stages of start-up and growth.

  Lindsay Jones

  Attorney

  Lindsay concentrates her practice in the areas of estate planning and post-death administration, as well as asset protection planning and charitable planned giving. She counsels clients regarding a wide range of issues relating to wills and trusts, estate planning, estate and trust administration, charitable giving, asset protection, charitable giving, business succession, business formation, organization and advising and taxes. Lindsay is a member of WealthCounsel, LLC, a national provider of estate planning education and document drafting systems. She is a board member, former Membership Chair and current President of the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis, the local chapter of the Partnership for Philanthropic Planning, which provides education and networking opportunities to professionals, advisors and non-profit organizations. She is also an associate member of e.Planners Educational Alliance, a non-profit educational organization founded by prominent estate, trust, tax and business attorneys from around the United States. Lindsay has presented nationally to professional audiences for the Teton Institute, as well as locally for professional audiences in The Complete Trust Course, various National Business Institute seminars related to trusts and estates and the Planned Giving Council of Greater Memphis. Lindsay also frequently conducts seminars on asset protection planning, retirement planning, estate planning, Medicaid eligibility, and estate and trust administration.

  Will Patterson

  Attorney

  Will focuses his practice primarily in the areas of tort litigation; business and commercial litigation; advising small and closely held businesses; personal injury; and construction litigation and lien disputes. After clerking with Wiseman Bray PLLC during the summer of 2010, Will returned full-time following his graduation from the University of Memphis School of Law. During his final year of law school, Will served as a Law Clerk to Shelby County Circuit Judge Robert S. Weiss.

  Attorney

  Austin focuses his practice in general civil litigation with a concentration in family and domestic relations law, including divorce, child support, custody litigation, dependency and neglect, adoptions, annulments, post-divorce modification, contempt, orders of protection, paternity and legitimation, and ante-nuptial agreements.

  Litigation Coordinator

  Meghan is a Litigation Coordinator at Wiseman Bray PLLC and plays an integral role in case evaluation, development, and client communication. She is a graduate of the University of Tennessee, where she earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Psychology, graduating summa cum laude in 2012.

  Legal Assistant

  Lea was born and raised in Memphis, Tennessee. She has worked in the legal field for 32 years, and more specifically, in the area of Probate for 19 years. She is a big fan of the University of Memphis athletics and enjoys nothing more than spending time with her family, friends, and dogs.

  Christy is a Legal Assistant who joined Wiseman Bray PLLC after nearly 10 years of experience in the legal field. She primarily works in the areas of estate planning and probate. She is responsible for client relations and communications, scheduling, and provides administrative support.
